Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of the order being place. If there will be a delay that results in a longer ship time, we will contact you regarding your order.
Items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Once the shipping label has been generated you will receive the tracking number for the order. In the event of a carrier delay please use your tracking number when contacting UPS.
Product availability:
While we make every effort to keep our stock accuracy up to date, sometimes our stock may not represent what we have available on hand.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you regarding possible substitutes that are available. You may respond to either include the substitute or ship only the available product from your original order.
Curb side pickup:
For the convenience of our local Phoenix & Dragon Bookstore customers we are offering free curb side pickup.
Orders place for curb side pick up will be available within 1-3 days of the order being placed. If there is a delay in product availability, we will contact you regarding your order. Please wait until you are contacted that the order is ready for pick up before heading to the store.
After you have been contacted that your order is ready for pickup you will have 2 weeks to collect the items. After 2 weeks the order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
